Delivering a difference
Helping seniors live nourished lives
with independence and dignity.
A meal, and so much more!
Skagit County Meals on Wheels offers meal service
to those aged 60 and over.
All meals are provided on a donation basis only and there are no financial eligibility criteria to receive meals.
Home-delivered meals are available to seniors who have a hard time leaving their homes without assistance and have difficulty in preparing their own meals. The goal of the Meals on Wheels program is to enable seniors to remain at home, living independent lives even though they may not be able to prepare nutritious meals for themselves.

“The people who volunteer to provide my meals are irreplaceable in my life. They are a huge part of the support I need to stay living independently… My thank you seems so small compared to all they do week after week for me.”

Join the March!
Taking care of our seniors is a community-wide effort.
Meals on Wheels programs across the country have come together each March since 2002 to celebrate the proven collaboration of local community organizations, businesses, all levels of government, and compassionate individuals to ensure that our seniors are not forgotten.
By volunteering, donating, or speaking out, you can ensure the seniors in your neighborhood can live more healthy, happy, and independent lives at home, where they want to be.
